I realize I have made a similar post regarding entering our GSFRB specialty shows, however I want to make a Nationals-specific post for everyone who will be attending 2021 SF Nationals.

Step 1: Figure out which animals you want to enter. Some folks only have 1 or 2 rabbits to show, where others have substantially more. The first step is figuring out which rabbits you want to show (make sure they meet the SOP, etc. – a good reference file on deciding who to show is HERE).

Step 2: Make sure ear numbers on your rabbits match who you’re planning on showing, and then begin the entry process. Here is an entry form specific to SF Nationals. Since I will be the secretary for both SF Nationals on Saturday, PLUS the GSFRB specialty on Sunday, I have modified this entry form to reflect entries for BOTH shows and make things easier on everyone by being able to send ONE entry email for both shows. Make sure to fill in ALL of your information, including address, email (VERY IMPORTANT), and phone number. Then, begin filling in the information for your rabbits. Since this is an entry for Nationals and/or our Specialty, only SF can be shown. There are two columns, one for Nationals, and one for the GSFRB Specialty. The left column is for general entry, and the right column is for fur entry for each show. If you’d like your rabbits to be judged on their breed specific fur qualities, you should mark ‘X’ for the fur classes. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK OPEN/YOUTH CHECKBOXES for your NATIONALS entries! GSFRB Specialty is sanctioned open only. If you want to enter the Meat Lover’s Show on Sunday (08:00 EST, sanction donated by NSFRC), your entries will go separately to the Meat Lover’s show secretary – information will be added to this post when I have it.

Open/Youth B&C Secretary: Melanie Evans – cheermom45@gmail.com
Meat Lover’s Secretary: Karin Humfleet – kjhumfleet@gmail.com
– Entries due by 10 pm SATURDAY February 27, $4.00
– Late entries by 10 pm Monday March 1, $7.00
– NO entries after March 1 – NO Day of Show entries
– NO CHANGES AFTER 10 pm on March 1
Here is a link to a blank entry form for the triple show / meat lovers

Step 3: Once your entry form is filled out completely & correctly, please email it to gasilverfoxrabbitbreeders@gmail.com with ‘2021 Dalton Entries – #YOUR NAME#‘ in the subject line. The entry deadline for this show is Tuesday, March 2 by 10pm EST. Fees for both shows are as follows:
Nationals – $6 pre-entry; $8 late entry (after 3/2 10pm); $4 fur
Specialty – $5 pre-entry, $6 late entry, $2 fur
We WILL NOT BE accepting day of show entries.

Step 4: Once your entries have been received & entered into the show software, you will be emailed check-in sheets (look for these by Thursday, 3/4. When you receive your check-in sheets, PLEASE CONFIRM THEM FOR ACCURACY & CORRECTNESS! Any errors on the check-in sheets CANNOT be changed during the show, and must be changed beforehand OR risk a disqualification for incorrect ear number/variety/gender/etc. on the table. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR CHECK-IN SHEETS!!!!

Step 5: Once you have confirmed your check-in sheets for correctness, you can pay your entry fees! We are offering two methods of payment, via our club PayPal, OR in person the morning of the show via check or cash. If you’d like to pay in person the day of the show, please bring a check or cash for the payment amount listed on your check-in sheet. If you’d like to pay vial club PayPal, please do the following:
Send a PayPal submittal via ‘Friends & Family’ to gasilverfoxrabbitbreeders@gmail.com for the amount listed on your check-in sheets. Please make sure to include ‘#YOUR NAME# – Entry Fees‘ in the notes section so we can confirm who is paying for what. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your electronic payment.

Step 6: Once you know the fee amount, you are ready for the show. The Dalton triple show will begin promptly at 8am, sharp, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the show to allow time for check-in, setup, potty breaks, etc. before the show starts. We will start our morning with our National show judged by Donyelle Schultz, followed by B & C shows on Saturday. There will be a food vendor on site. Sunday will also begin at 08:00 EST with the Meat Lovers specialty followed by our GSFRB Spring Specialty. GSFRB will be providing light lunch / appetizers / food for those showing on Sunday.

It will likely be a LONG two-days of showing, as it is a triple Saturday & a double Sunday, so bring whatever you will need to stay comfortable (chair, snacks, etc.). Please also understand that attendance is at your own risk, and GSFRB/NSFRC assume no responsibility for any ill effects that may occur to any persons or rabbits from attendance at this show. Attend at your own risk, and if you are uncomfortable about attending or feel unsafe, please stay home. Don’t hesitate to reach out to one of your officers or directors for help or assistance wherever you may need it. We are here to help everyone!

Hope to see y’all there!
